Help need time management to find time to work out?

I work in NYC and live in Connecticut it is about a 1 hr and 15 min train ride each way and about a 10 block walk to work each way. I work about 10 hours a day so by the time I come home I am exhausted, and it is time to go to bed after dinner. I really need to lose some lbs and get fit any suggestion on how I can find to work out?

If you are walking 10 blocks each way, I would say that is a good place to start. Pick up the pace a bit and speed walk it. Use the stairs at work, work it into your office time instead of trying to work it into such a busy schedule.
Reply:Walk to the next nearest transit stop each time you commute, instead of the nearest one. Do this on both ends of your commute. You should be able to add 10 to 30 minutes walking time each day.
Reply:I have heard this question before. you need to sit down and set a time aside in your day to workout and just do it. pick a place that you either live by or work by that is close and work out after work or maybe during a lunch hour. Tell yourself that you need to do this and keep a positive attitude about it, otherwise you will make excuses and you never accomplish you losing weight goal. make sure that you keep your metabolism so you can lose weight and keep it off.

Good luck and you can do it!
Reply:find a job closer to home or a home closer to your job
Reply:Maybe you could get to the train earlier in the morning and get off early and walk or jog the rest of the way to work with anlke weights and small dumbbells or wrist weights.
