How do you find work as a Loan Signing Specialist?

I live in California %26amp; I recently passed my Notary %26amp; Loan Signing Classes. What is the best way to get work as a Loan Signing Specialist? Any other advice or info I should know?

Network with Loan Officers and Escrow Companies. These people can refer business to you or recommend you to their peers who may need a Notary
Reply:My wife does the same thing and she just went to multiple title agencies and offered her services. There are also a ton of websites that you can put your name and details on. Notaryrotary.com or the other way around is one my wife is on and there are links from it to dozens of other sites. Good luck!
Reply:There are many ways; but it will take time to build up steady clientele. Distributing flyers in different neighborhoods is one way; but may not give you great results. The best way would be to go to different escrow companies and 'sell' yourself to them. You could also try different mortgage brokers and real estate agents. It will take time. Good luck
