Can an American find sales work in Greece?

I am an American who is looking to find work while living in Greece. I would prefer a sales job and wondered what type of opportunities are available in Greece.

Can an American find sales work in Greece?
Well, the main criterion for getting a job in Greece is to know the language. Of course that depends....in the islands where most of the customers are foreigners knowing the language is not so critical. I agree that you have to go through some paperwork but it's possible. If you want more info you can ask the Greek Consulates in the U.S.A - check the following link
Reply:No, Greek jobs are there for the Greek people. Unless you can find a job that the Greek government are statisfied that no other Greek citizen can immediately fill, and you can prove it through endless paper work then you might have a chance.

Otherwise a simple sales job isn't going to cut it with the Greek government, there's plenty of Greek citizens who'd happily take the job.
Reply:if u are ready to deal with whole lot of buraceucy and endless paper work and be patient u will find something, better u find a local to help you,the reality is different that what u hear or see ,its a complicated country with rules not even the locals understand and i dont know how people even local manage ,u can find a job for sure but dont expect a great one ,dont aim too high u got to see for yourself
