Where can you find a high impact work out schedule for a beginner?

I have not worked out for the past 5 yrs. and have put on some weight. I would like to find a work out to lose the extra weight.

Where can you find a high impact work out schedule for a beginner?
if you cycle you will have a low impact, but fun expierience.
