Reply:My son works at The Cheesecake Factory. This was/is his first job. He makes more than minimum wage, and he loves his job. They have a hard time keeping reliable people so they appreciate the fact that he's there on time, and takes pride in doing his job well.

When looking for a job he applied to several places in the mall, and also applied for a position in Walmarts optical department (the pay was above minimum wage too). I personally thought that he should have taken the job at Walmart, but he chose The Cheesecake Factory.

Start there, with the local restaraunts (not fast food - actual restaraunts). Check the mall, and other retailers for "different" positions. Different meaning non-sales clerk type positions.

Hope that helps. :)
Reply:Try looking on www.snagajob.com they have only hourly employment.
